波德申中华中学举办自我领导力家长灯塔团队与教师培训
(波中 讯)为持续推动全人教育发展,并深化“自我领导力”(Leader in Me)教育理念,波德申中华中学于2026年6月20日至21日举办自我领导力培训课程,分别为家长灯塔团队及教师团队进行系统化培训,携手打造具领导力文化的学习型校园。
本次培训分为家长与教师两个组别同步进行。6月20日举行的“自我领导力@家长灯塔团队培训”由滨华中学副校长丘碧钦老师主讲。培训内容涵盖自我领导力落实框架介绍、七个习惯学习、认识学生领导力手册,以及如何协助孩子进行目标设定与时间管理等课题。家长们也透过交流与讨论,学习运用同理心沟通,了解如何与孩子共同学习、共同成长,进一步强化家庭教育与学校教育的紧密联系。
与此同时,波中教师团队于20日至21日展开为期两天的Level 2培训课程,由Madam Saras Dorairaju及Dr. Puniamurthy Krishnasamy担任培训导师。课程内容丰富且具实践性,包括“Connect to the Why”、“Leadership Classroom Practices”、“Mission Statements”、“Student Leadership Roles”、“Leadership Notebooks”、“Create a Plan and Timeline”以及“Brainstorm the Schoolwide Approach”等专题。
通过培训,教师们进一步掌握如何将领导力教育融入课堂教学、班级管理及校园活动之中,让学生在学习过程中培养主动积极、以终为始、双赢思维及持续成长的品格与能力。同时,教师团队也针对第一阶段落实成果进行反思与检视,并共同拟定未来推展计划与时间表,为学校全面推行领导力文化奠定更坚实的基础。
波中教师团队培训将持续进行至7月,共安排六天培训课程。学校期望透过教师、家长及学生三方共同参与,逐步建立领导力校园文化,让每一位学生都能发掘自身潜能,勇于承担责任,并成长为具有影响力与贡献力的未来领袖。

SMCHPD, 21 June 2026 – As part of its commitment to holistic education and character development, SM Chung Hua Port Dickson organized a two-day Leader in Me Self-Leadership Training Programme on 20 and 21 June 2026. The programme brought together both the Parent Lighthouse Team and the Teacher Team in a collaborative effort to strengthen a school-wide culture of leadership and lifelong learning.
The Leader in Me Parent Lighthouse Team Training, held on 20 June, was conducted by Vice Principal of Pin Hwa High School. The training introduced parents to the implementation framework of the Leader in Me programme, the 7 Habits, student leadership notebooks, goal setting, and time management strategies. Parents also explored ways to communicate with empathy and learned how to grow alongside their children through shared learning experiences, reinforcing the important partnership between home and school.
At the same time, the school’s Teacher Team participated in a two-day Level 2 Training Programme led by Madam Saras Dorairaju and Dr. Puniamurthy Krishnasamy. Key sessions included Connect to the Why, Leadership Classroom Practices, Mission Statements, Student Leadership Roles, Leadership Notebooks, Create a Plan and Timeline, and Brainstorming the Schoolwide Approach.
Through the programme, teachers gained deeper insights into integrating leadership principles into classroom instruction, student development, and school activities. The training emphasized cultivating students who are proactive, goal-oriented, responsible, and committed to continuous improvement. Participants also reflected on the implementation of Level 1 initiatives and collaboratively developed future action plans and timelines to strengthen leadership practices throughout the school.
The Teacher Team training will continue through July, with a total of six training days scheduled. Through the combined efforts of teachers, parents, and students, the school aims to foster a sustainable leadership culture that empowers every student to discover their strengths, take ownership of their growth, and become impactful leaders of the future.
SM Chung Hua Port Dickson remains committed to its mission of nurturing future-ready individuals through holistic education. Moving forward, the school will continue to strengthen the implementation of the Leader in Me programme and cultivate students who possess strong character, leadership skills, and a deep sense of responsibility.
